Hello,
I reckon on a tupperware box, sponge (cellulose, apparently), but what paper? I've heard baking parchment (presumably not the waxed stuff) recommended- - any advice?

Parchment paper, not waxed paper, is what I use. You can get a roll of it in a grocery store to last your entire painting career for $3.
