I'm in need of a portable painting desk. Something I can fold up and tuck under a bed or carry around like a briefcase. Does anyone have any good recomendations?

Are you looking for something like the Citadel Project Box?

The project box would be cool for when I travel, but I'm looking for an actual portable desk. I've got a great set up in my basement but I need something I can bring upstairs or the bedroom so I can hang with the wife after we put the kid down to bed.Something more akin to a portable easel.

There are a few plans for making fold-down desks around on the internet, so if you have access to woodworking tools you could make your own, usually not very complicated.

Also worth checking various hardware shops, they might have foldable workbenches available.

I had something like this set up using a large TV tray, citadel paint station and a desk lamp. It works in a pinch!

Dark angels 70/100 of deathwing, 50/100 ravenwing, 80-100 3rd company

or you could use one of these so you can move stuff around.
