Looking for suggestions. I do not have the Necron codex so i dont know how well this will do but i have played necrons before and know the army fairly well. Pretty sure everything is AV 13 untill it gets penned but not sure. The Crypteks and immortals will drop in from the nightsycthes

Yes, the Annihilation Barges are AV13 front and side until your opponent scores a penetrating hit. Night Scythes, on the other hand, don't have quantum shielding, so are AV11 all around from the get-go. Regarding the list, I think you're wasting a lot of points on Cryptek bling. I doubt you'll get to use the Phylacteries. They only have two wounds and a 4+ save, meaning in any turn where they start taking wounds they're probably going to die outright in the first place. Additionally, Crypteks are more of a squad upgrade than they are a character if that makes sense. You include them for the RP bonus and maybe a Solar Staff or Chronometron, but they just aren't valuable enough to waste Phase Shifters on. I would rely on ablative wounds from the Immortals to keep them alive.
I would do one of three things:
1. Fill up both Immortals to ten strong and give your warlord a Chronometron.
2. Fill up both Immortals to ten strong and give your warlord the Solar Staff and I guess a Phylactery
3. Fill up both Immortals to ten strong, drop both Crypteks and run Anrakyr. He's not the best HQ, but I can see him having a solid impact at 1,000 points.
I hope this helps.

The night scythes being AV 11 have you had any problems with them being squishy or is the flying bit good enough?

Flying is usually pretty good protection - AV11 on a flyer isn't too bad. You have Jink if you really need to, anyway.

Yeesh, this list is going to get stomped by pretty much anything.
Could make some suggestions, but should probably ask first:
You're definitely committed to making this an AV13 list?

If you want an AV13 list, drop a Scythe and 1 squad of immortals, Pick up 2 squads of warriors and give them Ghost Arks.
You'll have 4 AV13 vehicles, 30 troops, and still have a flyer for whatever you need it for.
Also, I would drop a Cryptek and take maybe a Lord instead?

It sounds like you played Necrons with the old codex and haven't yet played with the new codex. You should be aware that the Annihilation Barge is not the power-house it used to be since they increased the price and tesla no longer works when jinking. If you want AV13 spam, then the go-to vehicle now is the Ghost Ark. They changed it's weapon to be salvo 10 so it has more shots than it did before. This means a Ghost Ark full of 10 warriors gets 20 shots at 24" range and 30 shots at 12" range all while moving 6" per turn and the ability to Jink. Jinking only nerfs the vehicle's weapons, so the guys inside can still shoot at full BS while jinking.
Also, they badly nerfed Crypteks. They're no longer swiss-army knives that can handle anything. Now they're just a cheap HQ and are never upgraded except for maybe a Solar Staff.
Nightscythes are middle of the road. They're also worse than before (same reasons as Annihilation Barge: tesla change and cost increase) but they're still effective at delivering troops.
Also, for AV 13 spam, Stalker are a decent backbone to provide +1 BS buff and long ranged Heavy Guass cannon.

I have not played with the new codex nor do i own the new codex. I did play oldcrons but i had to sell. I was basing this list off what my old army was so im up for whatever you guys think will do well with the current Codex. I dont have any models but $$ will have to taken into consideration on my side when i do buy the models. I would like, if its still good to keep the vehicles so there are less infantry to build but i can suck it up if need be.

Just so you're aware:
Necrons strength = incredibly durable and versatile infantry.
Necron vehicles = mostly mediocre (exception being the Ghost Ark, and to a lesser degree, the Stalker and Night Scythe).

You can play whatever you can afford. I think we've covered what has changed in power level from oldcron to newcron. Infantry is king this edition. For friendly games you should be able to play almost any unit in the codex and do fine. Once you get more competitive, then you'll obviously need to invest more in the stuff that works.

Might also help if you tell us what you plan on doing with each unit (who goes with who to do what).

Lychguard go with the overlord and will take obj/cc small units
Ghost ark will give the Warriors RP buffs and can move them around to adapt to the battle
Heavy destroyers will deal with enemy vehicles
Warriors will make up the core of the line
Tomb Blades will go after enemy in cover/larger units (they are cheap
Wraiths will attempt to pit some units that get close to the Warriors/ this down units for the lychguard to engage Automatically Appended Next Post: Destroyers are three separate units so they can cover more ground and to lower the chance of them all getting wiped out in one turn
