Hey guys, just wanted some input about how I should arm my death company. I was thinking about maybe putting a 10 man in my drop pod, and giving them bolters, but they look so bad ass with jump packs and full assault gear. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks

Give every fifth guy a power fist. That's all. Don't put them in a pod, because then they can be spoiling attacked.

Boltguns and Jump pack is usually the best loadout
add some power weapons for flavour

Boltguns only on the powerfist guys, and even then I don't personally bother. You want the pistols in case you get locked up in combat. .

Martel hit the nail on the head.
1. Jump Packs
2. 1 Power Fist per 5 dudes
3. Bolters on Power Fist dudes, and Pistol/CCW on everyone else.

I agree as well, one Powerfist per five, and give the powerfist model a bolter for additional shots inside of 12". The remaining four DC marines give bolt pistols and chainswords so they have 5 attacks each on the charge. Twenty attacks from 4 models is pretty impressive, plus you get an additional 4 from the powerfist model at the end of the combat.

Another option to help keep them slightly cheaper is to give one in every 5 a power weapon (axe), though it's only a 10 point difference. Still, it is an option, the Powerfist gives you ST:8 (9 on the charge) versus the power axe's ST:5 (6 on the charge). The powerfist will give you more mileage generally.

Just my opinion on that. Take it easy.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.
