A reasonable number of people have bought Warlord titans so its not impossible and people do have life size human models/ dummys.........

Likely depend on the price and look.

Personally no. The FW kits are pretty big as is - the tzeentch and khorne guys. Titans should be Titan sized.
Daemons? No.
