Not sure. Lost track a while ago.

About a month ago, I started buying up a Necron army. Managed to get a nice amount so far, and looking to continue expanding. But......... I don't want to have 'just another' Necron army at my FLGS.

I'm already known there as the guy with the non-GW Guard army (I love Dreamforge and Pig Iron). I want to do the same with my Necrons. So my question is, does anyone have any suggestions for non-GW models that could be used well as Necrons?

Puppetswar is good if you want necrons that look more alien/insect-looking.

Chaos undivided: 8300, Tau empire: 5600, Ork speed freaks: 1750

EM4 sell metal terminator robots that do very well as Necrons. Their base warrior type is one piece so you can clean 'em up and base then straight to painting.

They even have some heavy weapon variants that could work as immortals, deathmarks, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm probably going to go more with the Puppets War stuff now. Those are some sick looking models.

Since you've already bought stuff, I'd suggest trimming off any of the tomb kings-esque clutter from those models.
You could even make a press mold of a basic warriors head and churn out replacement heads for all your infantry, including the lord.

Then you wouldn't have just another Necron army, you;d have the best army, an army of oldcrons.

There's also Terminator Genysis, it should be on clearance soon if not already.
