Hello,

Are warlordtraits army wide or do they only affect units from the detachment including the warlord?

For example Conqueror of cities, would the (stealth ruins) affect the whole army?

Well, Conqeror of Cities is a Strategic Trait, so this line applies:

Strategic Traits are skills that affect your entire army, representing tricks or gambits your Warlord sets in motion long before the battle begins.

In my experience, the Warlord Trait usually specifies exactly who it affects, meaning there's usually no gray area in terms of whether or not it affects a someone.

In the case of 'Conqueror of Cities', I'm not sure because I don't know the exact trait description. What exactly does the description for 'Conqueror of Cities' say?

Your units have the Move Through Cover special rule if moving through Ruins, and the Stealth (Ruins) special rule.

I had to look it up, too

Assuming all units in your army are battle brothers. If they are less than that then only those that are battle brothers benefit from warlord traits.
