"This is Taranis, captain of the Carcharodons forces in the system. You have broken your bonds with the holy Emperor. Surrender now and bring yourself to his light or be destroyed." Taranis sat in his Battle Barge, The Agrona, and stared out into the void that contained these renegades. He had told them they could surrender, but he had lied. There was no respite for traitors, they hadn't a clue the slaughter they had wrought upon them selves. Taranis stood and made his way to the company chapel, his form shrouded in black robes which made the white of his helmet stand out even more. Upon entering he met with Exitar, who had dawned his ceremonial armor. It was standard Terminator plate, but was covered in ornate line workings and adorned with bone carvings, the lines instead of being white were the color of blood and his mask was red as well. Exitar spoke without looking, "Have we arrived my Lord?" "We have indeed brother." "Then I shall gather the men." "Do so, we shall not leave until every one of these traitors is but gore." Exitar smiled under his eternal helmet and began singing his litanies. Taranis turned and went to his chambers, he should have Ogun bless them again. Every Captain had a pair, including Tyberos. Taranis closed his eyes as Exitar began to preach to the men, he could feel the urge to kill flowing through the ship, permeating the void with succulent rage.

Yes, this truly will be an undertaking... the slaughter would be well worth it.

I'm going to throw some Executioners or Minotaur's into the mix. I'll try to come up with a suitable intro, anyone know some facts about them? I just know a little bit from their Chapter Tactics on the FW page.

If you have Executioners join the Confederation then that would be interesting

Then you'd be minotaurs, but this is right after the Badab war...

For the Executioners, I just liked their fluff, but you are correct, it would make more sense to run Minotaur's

You know... I am kind of confused as to what you guys are writing about.

Tactical Spam-War Kitten...I love you guys but this is what made me unable to follow the Crusade of Fury. If you are having side conversations, put in a PM. Trying to scroll through a page of stuff that doesn't actually add anything is not productive.


Heres the goal I kind of had in mind. Most of us play on the table top as well and sometimes you end up having SM vs SM which just doesn't make sense in the current fluff. Well in this it does now. So when you play on the Table you can now say who you are playing is the Wolverines Valiant or you are part of the Star confederation.

You can use some of the background to introduce your commanders and units and then if you play an actual game then you can write up a fluff, not so much like you conquered a world but you took a city or won a battle. Then if you would like you guys can PM each other and say ok I played an elder guy yesterday, can I write it like I played against player X. Then you write it up on here.

Doesn't have to be turn by turn or even have pictures, just gives you an opportunity to write fluff and play more fluffy games instead of rofl stomping knights.

Does that make more sense to everyone?
