I got to thinking of how fun it would be to run Draigo with Terminators, rocking Endurance and Hit and Run. That led me to say: "why not run all terminators?" That being said, here is the list, followed by the tactics:

GK Nemesis Strike Force
HQ
1- Librarian, lvl 3, halberd
TROOPS
10- Terminators: 2 psycannons, 2 hammers, rest halberds
10- Terminators: 2 psycannons, 10 halberds
5- Terminators: 5 swords
LORD OF WAR
1- Kaldor Draigo

Inquisition
HQ
1- Malleus Inquisitor: Terminator armor, psycannon, lvl 1 psyker, 3 servo skulls

Space Marine Librarius Conclave (White Scars)
HQ
1- Librarian, lvl 2, termie armor, Mantle of the Stormseer, sword
1- Librarian, lvl 2, termie armor, Hunter's Eye, sword
1- Librarian, lvl 2, termie armor, auspex, sword

The idea is to roll the SM Libby's until I get Endurance at least once for Draigo's unit. That Libby will go with Draigo, 10 Termies, and the Inquisitor. The GK Libby and the remaining Libby's roll for Invis, or if that pops up early, start rolling Sanctic. Most likely (mission dependent) run two full 10 man Termie squads with Libby support. If the right powers don't come up multiple times (which is likely for me), then combat squad the second 10-man unit and run amok as Terminators do. The Inquisitor is there to roll for Prescience, so the unit can re-roll shooting and close combat, as well as have 12 Psycannon shots that ignore cover. The Auspex on another Libby can help the other Termie unit reduce cover for their 8 Psycannon shots. Incredibly competitive? No. Fun? Oh hell yes.

Yes I thought of this, Tau would crush this list. Grav can be mitigated somewhat by cover, Invisibility, FNP, But would also do a lot of damage.

I've actually played a few games without NDKs, and GK can actually do very well without them.

It's a different list than the copy and paste that us GK players normally do. That being said I really enjoy it.

I assume halberds are preference in your meta?

Also why the naked 5 termies? Could you drop some halberds do give them a special weapon?

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

I put Halberds because that's how mine are modeled. To maximize effectiveness, I'd actually like to go Falchions on Draigo's squad, swords and a few Hammers on the other 2 squads.

Yeah that makes sense.

Let me know how your lists go. I like the way it's looks though!

I was thinking of running something similar only with a 10 man paladin unit and two 5 man terminator squads, how competitive would this list be? Considering there would be a chance at 14+ warp charge each turn everything is alive that would be a lot of psychic goodness..

Accept any challenge, No matter the odds

I sat down with my GK termies last night to see what I could do in a similar fashion as this and had the same trepidation as arthorn here.

I guess I just rely so heavily on my NDKs I don't remember how to Termy anymore...

I'm not sure, I've never run 10 Paladins. That's a lot of wounds, and a pretty big Deathstar. I'd be curious myself to see how it worked on the tabletop.

Ha yeah, it gets easy to rely on the obviously good units. With turn 1 Deepstrike, and Gate of Infinity, GK can mitigate their inherent slow speed. Also, using the "assault slingshot" to move around the board once you land can help as well.

Just got to play it for the first time against a friend's Seer Council he's getting ready to take to Adepticon. I got tabled in 5 turns, lol. Fun game though! I did learn that Endurance is fantastic on Paladins and Terminators. I will definitely play this list again and again fish for Endurance, and maybe switch from trying Invis to going Sanctic.
