What does everyone think will be the next faction in the Start Collecting box series? I'm holding out for Beastmen, I'm convinced they're just round the corner.

I love all these boxes and want them for pretty much every faction and sub-faction. Can't hardly guess what's next though. I don't think Beastmen would be a bad idea because they're not getting new models any time soon and seem like one of the lower selling ranges on their own.

I don't think we'll see a Beastman one in the way people are expecting because they've now got two or three subfactions.
You have the "Brayherds"(Gors, Ungors, Bestigors, Beastlord, Bray-Shaman, Tuskgor Chariots, and Bestigors), the "Warherds"(Cygor, Doombull, Ghorgon, and Bullgors), then lastly you have the Razorgors and Centigors getting moved over to "Monsters of Chaos"(Warhounds, Mutaliths, Cockatrice, Chimerae, Jabberslythe, Slaughterbrute, and Harpies).
I could totally see individual "Start Collecting" sets as things get updated though. A "Start Collecting: Brayherds" would be an option as of right now if they had round bases. Plastic Bray-Shaman, Ungors, Bestigors or Gors. Boom--box done.
Personally though, I'm anxious to see what happens with my Elves. I've got two large Elf armies(Wood Elves and Dark Elves) that want some love.

They just launched the army and it's a new one.
Notice that we don't have a Stormcast Eternals or Khorne Bloodbound "Start Collecting", it's strictly been the old armies that have gotten 'updated' so far.

Oh, I know. It makes sense for the Stormcast and the Bloodbound as you can get them for a decent price in the starter box, but beginning Fyrelsayers hurts my wallet in a hypothetical way.

I would bet that it will be the new Savage Orruks,or whatever they will be called.
I'm sure they have a fair amount of leftover Savage Ork sprues as it was a popular build to run blocks of 30 or so of them in 8th..one of the few competitive OnG builds actually.
Plus they can throw in Boar riders,Savage Ork Shaman and perhaps something new or just a double batch of Savages in order to make Bigguns or Arrer boys.

Ijust bought a Fyreslayers army up to 20 Clash Comp pool points but a discounted bundle--it's an actual discount --would be ever so kicka$$ to get more flaming midgets.

Any way to get miniatures cheaper is great!
The only small concern I have is that some of them have limited rebuy value. The Start Collecting : Skeleton Horde for example, will you actually want to get 2 of them? I don't think you really want more than 1 Mortarch in your force unless you're making a particularly large Death army.
The first round ones didn't really have that being a huge issue due to the other builds you can make with them (none of them contain 'unique' characters). Most of them had something big-ish, but you could still make the alternate build or be happy enough with another of the same (The Seraphon one I think is particularly good in this respect, as you can make 3 Carnosaur variants or a Troglodon and get characters on foot).
So great for saving money and getting people a small, interesting starting force. Not sure about the re-buyability of some of them. Looking forward to seeing more for other factions.
What do I want to see next. Agree that Beastherds could be a good one, although with the sub-faction split of the Bullgors and others, maybe the Brayherds need a plastic Chariot to sneak in (Unlikely). So perhaps some Minotaurs and a Ghorgon would make a pretty cool force.
Metal realm Duardin with Ironbreakers, Longbeards and Gyrocopters could be cool, but perhaps doesn't have that centrepiece model.
Ogors I think makes a lot of sense as well. Could see one with regular Ogors, Mournfang and a Stonehorn as some kind of 'Beast' themed Ogors. Maybe on the other side, a more armed warfare style Ogors with Ironguts, Leadbelchers and a Ironblaster.
I think unfortunately with Order (other than Duardin which could easily be made to fit as above) being so uncertain, there's not a lot of room at the moment to make Start Collecting bundles for those, as who knows what models will stay or go. Could easily make some interesting ones though.

Grimwrath Berzerker($30) and a Magmadroth($110).
Build either the Runeson or Runefather on Magmadroth and you get three Heroes instead of two.
You might think that's a terrible beginning army...but I'm here to tell you right now, it absolutely is amazing.

Fyreslayers will probably be my next army after I finish Nurgle, but that will be a ways down the road at this point.
