Looking for comments and concerns about my 1250 ork build
HQ- Ghazghkull Thraka w/ amenities (Cybork Body, Mega Armour, Big Shoota, PK, Bosspole, Stikkbombs) and attack squig
Elites- 5 x MegaNobz w/ amenities along with a Battlewagon Dedicated Transport (Deffrolla and Killkannon)
Troops- 20 x Shoota Boyz w/ Nob, Bosspole and PK
20 x Choppa Boyz w/ Nob, Bosspole and PK w/ Trukk as Dedicated Transport (Red paint job and reinforced ram)
10 x Gretchin with grot blasta, Runtherd w/ Grot Prod
Fast Attack- 1 x Dakkajet w/ extra Twinlinked supa shoota and red paint job
Heavy Support- 3 Killa Kans w/ 2 rokkit launchas, 1 Kustom Mega-Blasta and all w/ Extra Armour
Criticism is welcomed because this is my first original army build. Was going to sub the dakkajet with 2 deffkoptas and then add more boyz maybe.

Ghazkull is a lord of war now. I'm not 100% sure that you can bypass the HQ slot in your formation with him. If you do you can throw a 35 point big Mek in there to meet the force organization

I'm fairly sure you can only take a trukk if the squad totals less than 12 models,
I would scrap the RPJ on the dakkajet, and also I personally prefer to run my kans as a group with identical load-outs. The deffrolla is also a bit of a points sink IMHO
The guy above was right as well Lord of war doesn't work as HQ so maybe a big mek, or a painboy for the blob or Nobz would be good

As said above, your list is currently 'unbound' because you don't have an HQ choice to fulfil the Combined Arms Detachment I think you're trying to use. That unit of 20 boyz can take a Trukk as their dedicated transport but they can't fit in it as it only has a capacity of 12 models.
There's a few changes I think you could make to your list which would make it a bit more efficient while keeping the mainstays you're looking for:
Sub out the LOW Ghazghkull for a Warboss equipped with Mega Armour, Da Lucky Stikk relic and a bosspole - this guy costs a cool 100 points less than Ghaz, all you lose is 1 wound, 1 attack and Eternal Warrior but on top of extra points you gain a +1 weapon skill buff to his unit, the ability to re-roll armour saves, to-hit rolls and to-wound rolls. Stick him with the Mega Nobz if that's the way you like to roll, or alternatively with as many slugga boyz as you can fit in the battlewagon and have the Nobz in a Trukk instead.
Swap out the deffrolla for a ram, the deffrolla sounds nice but in reality no one is going to be making a Death or Glory attack against a tankshock like that unless they are sure to destroy it. A ram is cheaper and gives you all the main benefits of the deffrolla.
It's generally accepted that red paint jobs are a pointless upgrade, particularly so at such a low points limit and undoubtedly so on a flyer that can move 36" anyway and the extra 1" won't mean anything.
The Kanz are probably best outfitted with the same weapons, though having rokkits mixed with kustom mega blastas isn't a terrible idea if you're going vehicle hunting with them.
If you're including the Gretchin to fulfil your second troop slot cheaply then with the points saved so far you could probably replace them with another unit of boyz in a Trukk (complete with PK of course) which would complement your other fast assault units nicely. If you're swapping out the Dakkajet for Deffkoptas you'll have plenty of points spare for this, additional Kanz or maybe even 'eavy armour on a Trukk squad.

Thank you guys for the comments! So in conclusion, drop Ghazy for big mek or warboss, drop Gretchin for boyz, deffrolla for ram, no RPJ, kana with same weapons, switch Dedicated transports. I'm still learning and thought Ghazy could be used for warboss. Would he just be considered an elite with the Independent Character rule?

Ghazzy is a 'Lord of war' which is its own slot on the force org charts. like you are limited to 2 HQ you may only take one LoW in a 'normal' army,

Ghaz has his own Codex supplement, in it you can take him in a detachment/formation called the Council that pretty much lets him Waagh every turn for an every turn 2++ invuln save. Outside of that I think he's too expensive for what he does.
5 meganobz in a wagon is a bit too many eggs in one basket scenario, there is a more popular method called a Manz missile where you put 3 of them in a trukk. And for the price of 5 + wagon you could do 2 Manz missiles.
20 boyz trying to footslog it will probobly be shotup before they get anywhere. Which is why it is popular to stick 11+1 Nob with a klaw+bosspole in a trukk with a ram.
One way I also like to do footslogging boyz is 30 with shootas, nob with klaw+bp, a painboy, and a warboss in mega armor with the lucky stick at the front to tank all the wounds. If you get hit with an ap2 weapon then look out sir it onto the boyz behind him, otherwise he will almost always save with 2+ rerollable (from stick) and backed by feel no pain from the painboy. Keep in mind this unit cannot run because of the megaarmor on the warboss, which is why I give them shootas.
