it seems nearby people starting 30K, and I decided to get in too.

I already have 40K daemons army, so using daemons as allies will be my option.

By now, the only legion can use daemons as allies is Word Bearers, (maybe Thousand Sons, later?) so the Word Bearers is easiest way to get in 30k for me.


Here is a 2,500 points list of Word Bearers and daemons allies, any comment will be appreciated.

Basically the list will be 3 static scoring units and 2 mobile scoring units with a screamerstar, I expect.

technically speaking, word bearers are the only legion that can be battle brothers with daemons (even the TS used familiars, but not actual daemons. if they let TS ally with daemons it would be a major change in the fluff)


Beyond that, you don't really have a large infantry presence on the table (unless you plan on summoning in all of your friends) remember that small units (10-man) of tacticals and daemons will die like nothing.

well, the only real recorded battle is when they were off to dick over the fang, but by that point they were technically chaos All we know for sure is that pre-heresy and at prospero they did NOT use daemons.
