Thirded. Access to threads and subforums via my profile is fine, it's only the index. Clearing cache does nothing, and my phone is also affected, with both my phone (LG G4) and my PC using the latest respective versions of Chrome.

Yeah, I was using subscribed and profile to navigate around it as well.
