I have something called a chaos knight it looks like a barbarian kind of guy that carries either a sword or an axe... they are not sold anymore and i dont know if this would be imposible to make an army of.

They're Chaos Warriors. There's a newer model but you can still buy them.

They're not bad, there's a lot of chaos stuff out there and the rules for Age of Sigmar are free.

Because Chaos has a lot of powerful characters you can do a low model count army fairly easily picking up sorcerers and converting standard models to be champions.

And if you get the AoS starter box you'll be swimming in Chaos models.
