Tidied that up a bit.
Your bolter crusaders are a bit schizophrenic- the drop pod will get them close so they can fire the combimelta shot? Assuming that's to alphastrike a vehicle, bolters arent doing anything and the missile launcher can only snap fire a krak.
If you're dropping down to double tap against infantry, the missile launcher can't snapshot in frag mode.
You'd be better off standing off somewhere and firing the launcher from turn 1 in which case a few extra bolter rounds (neophytes) arent going to matter as much and the combimelta is a bit of waste.
Consider making a min-max squad of 5 initiates with a missile launcher and maybe a plasmagun as backup. Alternately, take a tactical squad as they can combatsquad and drop the melta elements closer whilst the missile launcher provides long range support.
Throw all the neophytes into the chainsword squad (if they are models you already own, those bolters are bolter-form shotguns) as extra wounds to get your inititates to combat and extra shots/attacks on the charge when they get there.
I have no opinion on flyers.
The Ironclad dread seems pricey for a dread- 50 points for some upgraded front armour? And you're waving bolters around as the main ranged weapon with two missiles as your backup? I tend to run dreads stock with multimeltas or assault cannons, threatening vehicles up to 24 inches without being a points sink.
Consider swapping him, the rhino and the combimelta swordbrother for a Landraider Crusader with multimelta- you've got your melta on a solid transport platform to replace the rhino and you've even gained an extra hurricane bolter and set of assault cannons.
