My girlfriend is slowly coming into the hobby and really likes the dark Eldar pirate style and the Eldar wraith stuff so I've attempted to put together a list that has both aspects, I don't play either lists so any help you could give would be appreciated.
Dark Eldar CAD:
HQ:
Archeon: Huskblade, Blaster, Webway Portal, Shadow Field and Haywire Grenades
Troops:
X10 Kabalite Warriors: Blaster
Raider, Disintergrater Cannon, splinter racks and Nightshield
X10 Kabalite Warriors: Blaster
Raider, Disintergrater Cannon, splinter racks and Nightshield
Fast attack:
X2 Beast Masters: 1 power sword, 7 razor wing flock
Raider, Disintergrater Cannon, Nightshield
Raider, Dark Lance, Nightshield
Wraith host:
Spiritseer
X2 5 Wraith Blades: Ghost Axe and Force Shield
Wraith Guard: Wraith Cannon
Wraith Lord: X2 Bright Lance, flamers, Ghost glaive
Wraith Knight: x2 Wraith Cannons
1850
Archon joins the Wraith Guard and spiritseer for Web way shinanigans, blades go in the empty raiders and try to blitz the enemy with support from the knight/lord and warriors. The razor wings try to move quickly and tie up particularly toublesome units.

Hello there!
I play a bit of eldar/dark eldar myself.
I do like the wraithguard models, and they can pack a punch. Have you looked at D-sycthes for the wraithguard at all? Very nasty template weapons, and combined with an archon w/ webway portal, they can pop in exactly where you want and do major damage. In my opinion, they are more effective than wraithblades, but they do cost more points.
Warriors in raiders are always nice, but a lot of people prefer 5 of them in a venom with dual splinter cannons. More shots for less points, but less survivable, so that's up to personal preference.
Also, If you're looking for some cheap anti tank, you cant go wrong with deepstriking scourges. 4 haywire guns with decent range and deepstrike can ruin a tanks day pretty reliably for a minimal points investment.
The only other thing is I would caution you against razor wing flocks. In 6th edition codex they were really good, but they got nerfed terribly in 7th. (lost 2 wounds, lost a point of WS, and went up in price). In my beast pack, I prefer to use the dogs. Can run 10 with two beast masters for much cheaper than razorwings and they have 5+ invulnerable save, good strength and toughness and 4 attacks on the charge. Make for a good distraction and can put up a decent fight if they get in combat.
Edit: Just realized scourges would tie up a FA slot you need for your raiders for wraithguard transport.

Cheers for the advice, I could switch to 4 naked warrior squads in Venoms (is this the standard loadout), 1 squad of wraith guard with D-sythes, 1 with Cannons and 1 wraith blades, then changing the beastmaster squad to 1 Beast Master and 5 Khymera? I really like the idea of Scourges with Haywire guns but I'm struggling to fit them in points wise.

This is gonna be a bit long winded, so I apologize, but I'm gonna try to help find some points savings.
A pretty standard troop choice for dark eldar is venom with extra splinter cannon, 5 warriors and a blaster. Gives a good amount of anti infantry plus a blaster shot that can aim at a different target. Comes in at 120. I think you could get away with 3 fine for your DE troops, coming in at 360. If my math is right, the two raider squads you have on there would cost 330. So for 30 points more you could have an extra troop, with a little more versatility overall. Or you go sans blasters and actually end up saving 15 points. You could probably get away with no blasters, since you'll potentially have the scythes, wraithcannons, bright lances and maybe haywire.
Your current beast pack load out costs 175, going down to 10 khymera and 1 master saves 65 points.
You could potentially do without any upgrades on the archon besides the wwp since he's mainly a taxi for the wraithguard. Thatd cut 65 points.
Dropping the dark lance (probably end up jinking anyway) on one of the raiders and the night shields on both saves 35 points. (some people like night shields, some don't. I personally find them a little overcosted)
So total points savings from that would be 180. Cost of upgrade to D-scythes and a unit of haywire scourges is 170. Of course, that still leaves the problem of scourges needing a FA slot. But dark eldar can use a force organization where they get 6 FA slots (in exchange for obj secured though, so bear that in mind).
Just some suggestions, nothing wrong with going dual wraithblade instead for more assaulty focus, my only thought was that the initial list could have maybe used a little more anti tank (scourges), and the d-scythes can do a real number on a tank or infantry interchangeably.

Long winded is good ha. I actually really like the changes you've made to be honest thank you! I've never played either before so I only have a vague idea on what works best, now to get everything put together and try it out.
