just to name a few
This is just me spit balling but if i had to guess

Abadon black
Palid witch flesh
Some sort of light blue, possibly Temple guard blue
Wazdaka red
led belcher
various grays, eshen, dawnstone, in washes

Liberatorgold,
evil suns red
as for the metalic burn effect, you need a speical weathering paint, i cant remember the name, but it creates a chemical reaction.

Just note, in order to get this name look, if you pay attention there is LOTS of shading thats done on that model, to get that black but not pure black effect, thats a very well done paint job.

To many unpainted models to count.

That's too glossy especially on the barrel for it to be abaddon black, it's much more glossy. Regarding the gold, it looks like it was layered with a silver-coloured base. Also, do you know if these are all GW paints used in this picture?

Night might have washed the abadon black in nullin oil or even an ink

edit to this, nope thats abadon black, but he is doing A LOT of glazing with grays on that. Basically he is tricking you to think its a glass but its not.

Either way, the ink may still work. I think the gold is just watered down Gehenna's gold over lead belcher. (I did the same thing with my dwarfs and it came out looking like that)
