Hey guys,
I'm painting Chaos demonkin and chose the paint scheme in the picture I attached. I found it off google and someone mentioned it was emporers children? I researched it and they are pro dominantly purple.
Can anyone confirm what background these guys are from?
Plus creating those hardline highlights on the black armour with tint or blue is nails!
Thanks

I'm pretty sure that's old-school emperor's children.

Yes, those are some of the older sculpts of the fallen Emperor's Children traitor legion.
Their Heresy Era paint scheme was purple and gold with white accents and what-not.
In 40k era, they have pink and black armor predominantly and feature sonic weaponry such as the guy in the bottom right corner of that picture.
Hope that helps. Take it easy.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed. |

The original pic is normal Emperor's Children colour scheme. They were only purple in pre-heresy era.

Some of them still are. But yes, after the Heresy, not many original legionaries are that bothered about proper uniforms and iconography. Most of the Legions have broken down into warbands of various sizes and they do their own thing.

Cheers guys!
Yeah that's good to know! I like the red and black paint scheme looks good! Would you guys recommend silver or gold on the icons and emblems etc? Automatically Appended Next Post:
