Are the most current rules for the big Pylon and smaller Sentry Pylons still found in Fall of Orpheus?

The reason I ask is because, unless I'm reading the rules wrong, I can't use my over 400 points super heavy Pylon to fire at ground targets at full ballistic skill.

The rule in question is that in 6th, if a unit had both Skyfire AND Interceptor it could fire at both air and ground targets at full ballistic skill. I haven't seen this in the 7th Edition rulebook.

So, someone please tell me that I either don't have the latest version of the rules or I am getting the rules wrong here.

Sorry, but that is the current rule set for those models.

The Gauss Pylon does have two modes though, so you can use the 'D' against flying G/MCs (either mode)/skimmers/Flyers and snap shoot at ground or you use the 6/ap3 2D6 shots against ground units.

There are FW Emails out there which suggest to play that detail as in 6th Edition. As far as I know there is no FAQ for that though, same as for the Mymeara book.
