I am taking one of these list to a tournament this coming weekend.

The are very similar but I can't pick between then at the moment. I would love to have some thoughts on these.

The first one is focused on getting powers being a x factor as I don't know what I will get. But it also allows me to tailor the list a little each round with all the new power we just got. I really like the Librarius and fulmnation powers for this list.

not sure if I want to go with two level 2 or just do level 1's and add another thunderwolf to the

I'd be more scared of setting up against the second list personally. Even with the extra psyker stuff your first list isn't any scarier than a true psyker list like Eldar, GK, or Daemons while your second will still beat up a lot of armies in the psyker phase and has a wolfstar to boot. The wolfstar has seen a lot of success at the tournament level.

I have play tested both and it has worked out well. When dealing with the top level armies can it handle the Eldar bike list with warp spiders? or the many flavors of gladius. Can either list handle it??
