Da warboss told us greenskinz that we needed more dakka ta kill those sanguniary guard's. Those blood angel's keep gettin' me boyz while they use dos advanced slicer's.
I literally only have 20 boyz, one dread, 5 nobz, 10 grots, 5 stormboyz, 5 lootas. A warboss And a painboss. I assume I will need plenty of choppa's to kill a guard. (because I literally seen 50+ die to those chap's with one terrible charge.)
What's you opinion on killing those... THINGS

Simple math says that it takes 38 shoota shots to kill one Sanguinary Guard (without FNP). So your unit of 20 boys will kill only 1 guy in a single round of shooting. It would take them 5 turns to kill one squad.
You really don't have the models to take down a unit of these guys. The only model that might do it is the dread and thats only because it ignores their armor save and wounds on a 2+, add to it, the Sang Guard will at least have to work to kill it in HTH. Too bad pretty much everything else the BA could bring will drop a dread in a heart beat.
Massed powerclaws is the only real way to drop Sanguninary guard. A unit of MANs or a few biker nobs with PK, might be your only option. Your sure not going to do it with shooting unless you can somehow get a bunch of KMBs to target them.

I had just recently brought up the point in a Killer Kan thread that Kanz are one of the few ways Orks can pile a bunch of KMB's into a unit. I should've said orks had plenty of ways to spam KMB.6 Kan models with KMB is expensive at 330 pts but it's at BS3 and more resilient to Gets Hot then the other options. Keep the Dredd near these guys to mitigate their cowardice. Can even take 1-2 KMB to the party if you desire. That's 85-90 pts.
Burnaboyz with 3 Meks with KMB is 95 pts put in a Big Mek with KMB at 40 pts and the free hq slot Mek with KMB for 20 totalling 155 pts to get 5 KMB together along with two burnas in the group. Room left to add more Burnaboyz and upgrade Big Mek. I should note the ork burnas have a melee function that gives their melee attacks ap3. Might be useful in this situation.
Lootas with 3 Meks with KMB is 85 pts put in a Big Mek with KMB at 40 pts and the free hq slot Mek with KMB for 20 pts totalling 145 pts gets the same amount of KMB and two Lootas in the group. Again room left to add more Lootas and upgrade Big Mek. I will note that a Big Mek in mega armour costs 75 pts and comes with a KMB. This would allow all Lootas in the unit to move and shoot and (hopefully not) charge on the same turn but no over watch.
For 150 pts 5 Deffkoptas can take KMB for free.
For a 150 pts 5 KMK's can be fielded. Very nice.
There's the Dorkonaut for its slowed price of 230...sigh.
Orks can certainly spam plasma. Glad they can spam too because of the low BS. Any given unit will at least get a hit in maybe more. At str8 ap2 it's stronger then Imperial plasma tek and each unsaved hit will count against enemies with expensive units.
Everything above would fit in two CAD's at 1150 pts with 4 troop slots needing to be filled.
I'd probably not bother with the walkers. Or at least definitely not the Dorkonaut to add 230 more pts to the spending pile and squeeze in some Manz and Tankbustas because it makes so much more sense.
Anyways, spam away.

Kustom Mega Kannons. Long range, ap2, s8 to ignore feel no pain and in general one of the best units in the codex.
Always remember - shoot the choppy and chop the shooty.

Multiple characters with claws/saws in a unit of boyz.
Just put a nob + a mek or warbozz in there klaw equivalent weapons are the only thing that can really hurt them.

Or do what I do, Multiple assaults. I killed Dante and his buddies by attacking them with 2 hordes of boyz and then the coup De grace was my Morkanaut plowing in and whomping around.

Warbikes have the pretty much exact same statline as nob bikers and you can take almost three of them for every 45 point nob biker. They have 3x the amount of dakka, 50% more wounds, and 2x the number of attacks at the cost of -1 S and - 1 I. Their WS,BS, T, LD, and save are the same. The warbikes can have obsec too.
