For a CAD you need at least 2 Troops slots so i would change your list to reflect that.
If you want to expand your list in the future i suggest you get the Farseer Skyrunner, 2 boxes of Windriders and a Wraithknight. Those models will follow you in basically any list you make in the future.
Then you can make a list like this for 500p. This list is highly mobile and very tough at 500 points. Not a friendly list though.
497 points
HQ
1 x Warlock on jetbike
Troops
3x Windriders 3 Scatter Lasers
3x Windriders 2 Scatter lasers 1 shuriken catapult
LoW
Wraithknight
Build the warlock as a farseer and proxy the warlock because you will use the Farseer more in higher points games. Same goes for the Windriders, build all of them (or magnetize) as Scatter lasers because that is what you will use 100% of the time. Proxy 1 as shuriken to stay within 500p.
All of this is just advice, buy, build and play the models you want

Firstly, welcome to Dakka and 40k!
Secondly, your Farseer is going to want to join a unit, or he'll get picked on by your opponent. This means that he'll slow down the Windriders unless you give the Farseer a Jetbike (which is a good idea anyway, so he doesn't die quite so fast to strength 6 & 7 weapons). I'd drop the Vectored Engines for the points.
Next, the size of the Windrider squad is something to try some variations on, with plusses and negatives for each - larger squads can take more casualties before needing a morale check, and get more benefit from psychic powers like Guide. But multiple smaller squads can control more objectives, can hide more easily, can target more enemies (a unit can usually only fire at a single target per turn).
You could split it into at least two squads, allowing you to take a Combined Arms Detachment (page 122 of the rulebook), giving you a re-roll on your warlord trait, and Objective Secured for your Windriders.
Lastly, we don't really need you to write out the standard wargear of units (Ghosthelms, Mesh Armour, etc.) - we only need to know about upgrades. This makes it easier to skim through lists quickly and see what decisions you've made.

You should be ashamed to even think of bringing a wraithknight at that point level.

Is bringing a wraithknight really bad or just plain op. I don't know much about Warhammer can you please explain this to me...

The model itself is very good, one of the best in 40k. But in 500 points games more objective secure troops could actually be more competitive i.e. more jetbikes. Warpspiders would also be nice although not objective secured. But that all depends on what missions you play etc. Anyways a Wraightknight will almost always be used in an eldar army so it's a good investment and should be your first priority to get once you have all the jetbikes and warpspiders you want\need.
Anyway play with what you want and like.

A wraithknight at 500 is OP, as the enemy probably lacks the weapons to take it out.
I like your first list.
You need there to be 2 troop choices though.
I would field something like this:
Farseer on Jetbike
3x bikes
3x bikes
Prism tank.
For the leftover points you can either get 3x more bikes (if you already have the 10 in your first list), or get some rangers or even guardians. These can camp your home objective if there is one, or infiltrate and capture an objective first 1.
Units that are crap at 1500 points, can be decent at 500, like scouts/rangers imo.

At 500 points I'd take a night spinner instead of a fire prism. Luckily, it's the same model so you can just magnetize. But I agree with triplegrim, don't take a wraithknight at 500 points, that's just mean and people are likely to just not play with you. Just gotta put the farseer on a jetbike and have 2 troops choices, which you can easily do by breaking your 10 man jetbike squad into 2.
