Does anybody know if there is a kit that sells power axes? I'm trying to convert some models and need around ten of them and most box sets only seem to have 1

Welcome to GW if you dont mind resin, FW sells resin kits with more than 1 axe otherwise you are probably out of luck for more than 1 or two. https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-NZ/Legion-Tartaros-Terminator-Power-Axe-Set here is 5

If you don't mind using 3rd party bits there's also the kromlech ones: http://bitsofwar.com/home/185-power-axes.html
You can probably find them cheaper at various online retailers.
I have never used anything from kromlech myself though so I can't vouch for their quality.

What about some space wolf longfang(?) squad boxes? It's a 10 man assault squad with no jump packs. You would just have to scrape off some iconography

If you're talking about the regular space wolves/wolf guard/blood claws, it at least seems to me like those kits only have 1 power axe for every 5 minis as it's seemingly the same sprues used for all.
The jump pack guys, the skyclaws, seems to have 2 power axes for every 5 minis but that's still loads of boxes to buy just for 10 axes in the end.
The wulfen seem to have many more but then the price for 10 power axes is once again starting to get ridiculous if you have no other interest in space wolves.
