I didn't mean to hijack the 'drop-pod' thread... but I was wondering if anyone knew what source, or what page, talks about how IK's travel and move from planet to planet?

I skimmed through both IK codex and didn't see anything.

the same way everything else does?

Gets picked up from a planet by a transport carried into space, stuck on a interstellar transport and taken to the next planet?

At my desk

They point their battle cannon in the opposite direction to that which they want to go and fire away.

Properly they'll get picked up by a heavy transporter and carried into orbit either to their household fleet or to a ship of a force they are campaigning with.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

Depends on why they're travelling. Some travel with explorator fleets for example.

Big transport ships. The Mechanicum is explicitly said to operate heavy transport for Titans, Knights aren't any different.

My Armies:
5,500pts
2,700pts
2,000pts

Knights are big compared to other units in regular 40k but compared to the size space ships used by the imperium, they pose no problem in regards to transportation.

Active armies, still collecting and painting First and greatest love - Orks, Orks, and more Orks largest pile of shame, so many tanks unassembled most complete and painted beautiful models, couldn't resist the swarm will consume all
Armies in disrepair: nothing new since 5th edition oh how I want to revive, but mostly old fantasy demons and some glorious Soul Grinders in need of love

They don't travel. They just jump out of holes in the ground when needed.

I second this. In 5E I was witness to Creed revealing a Reaver titan from behind a rhino in an Apocalypse game.

T'was glorious to behold.
