Subject: Cop Kicked by Karate Kid Crane Kicking Kid, Mr. Miyage refuses to comment on disgrace
AUSTIN (KXAN) — An Austin police officer was assaulted Monday in the intersection of 10th Street and Red River Street.
Two officers were leaving Municipal Court in their police vehicle and stopped at a stop sign when Sarah Pierce, 22, shouted, “What are you looking at?”
The officer driving began to roll up her window, responding, “I’m not looking at you.” According to a police affidavit, Pierce approached the vehicle and began pounding on the window and screaming.
The officer, who was wearing plain clothes with her police badge displayed on her belt, exited the vehicle and identified herself as an officer. Police say Pierce flailed her arms and then kicked the officer in the stomach with what was described as a “Karate Kid Crane Kick.”
The other officer was able to grab Pierce and pull her to the ground.
When put in the backseat of the police vehicle, Pierce said she was just having a “bad day” and was upset the officer was looking at her.
The officer chose not to seek medical treatment. Pierce was charged with assault on a public servant, a third degree felony, as well as resisting arrest.

It's a dangerous business walking around in public looking around you. That's why so many people carry a smartphone with an app that lets you look at it instead of your surroundings.
It beats the naked teenager that was running around. They capped him.

Having a bad day- let me start yelling at this random driver who could easily run me over, have a concealed weapon, etc.
