With the new Death from the Skies book approaching soon, I was wondering if it's worth getting it. I have 2 things I'm not too sure about.

1. Will forgeworld flyers benefit from the new book? Like the Tau barracuda.

2. If forgeworld models can be used, how would squadrons of flyers work? For example Tau Remora stealth drones.

most likely FW will post a FAQ in a week or two addressing it, just like they do EVERYTIME GW does something like this.

Honest question here, but I plan on just ignoring the new flyer supplement, is there anything in it that makes it worth buying, could anyone make a list of the major changes?

Not 100% sure what's in it, but from little bits and pieces I have read.

Every aircraft is given a "role"; attack flyer, fighter, bomber.

There are several physical formations that the flyers can be in which gives them extra special rules depending on their role.


I know there are loads more rules, but just this alone makes me want to consider getting the book.
