Since work has been a major drain on me I haven't had time to really test out any of these against other people as much as I would like to.
Lists 1-3 are ones I'm mostly considering, but 4-5 are more or less I would have to buy additional ships.

Also I know about the problems scyks have, and I have actually had fairly decent "luck" with them anyways. Plus the fact more than one person I've faced with them have dismissed them as complete garbage much to their own peril.

List 1 96 pts
4x Tansarii Point Veteran with attanni Mindlink, scyk title, mangler cannon

List 2 100 pts
2x Tansarii Point Veteran with attanni Mindlink, scyk title, heavy Laser cannon
Dengar with Attanni Mindlink, Punishing one

List 3 100 pts
palob godalhi with wired, TLT, Zuckuss
Guri with predator, autothrusters
Prince Xizor, adaptability, autothrusters, Virago, Advanced Sensors

List 4 100 pts
palob godalhi with wired, TLT, Zuckuss
Torkil Mux with TLT
Spice runner with ion cannon turret, saboteur
spice runner with ion cannon turret, saboteur

List 5 100 pts
4x Tempest squadron with cluster missiles, guidance chips, tie/x1, accuracy corrector

Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

You're going to have your work cut out for you with any of those lists, haha. If I wanted to have fun and didn't care about winning, I'd go with #1, but if I wanted a chance, I'd go #3 and hope to fly the hell out of it.
Did you purposely choose the majority of your lists to be comprised of arguably the worst scum ships available?
Who knows, you might catch people by surprise.

List 1 or List 5. They are all a bit oddball, but flying what you like and are confident with is just as solid a foundation for success as flying a meta build that doesn't gel with you.

List 1 sounds like the kind of thing that can be surprisingly effective, as I've seen both Mangler Scyk's and Attani Mindlink place Top 4 locally with folks who just loved the concept. One thing though have you played around with the cannon loadouts on them? By my count you could try 2 Ion + 2HLC or 1Tractor,2HLC,1 Mangler and still stick in the 100 points.

List 5, I'm against going out and getting ships in a pre-tournament rush- its never gone well for me and mine. 4 TIE Advanced with Clusters isn't a bad list, its just not particularly good either. If you love the concept then role with it, there's a chap down my way who uses it in every tournament and always makes the cut. Which is probably more about him being good at the game, and the Tie ADvanced being the only ship he wants to fly.

Thank you for the input. I care more about having fun first, winning somewhere far down the line. As to the worst scum ships I didn't actually think about it when I chose the ships.

Thank you for the oddball list compliment. I like oddball lists. I'm not to keen on it, but will try it this Wednesday with changing out the cannon loadouts to the tractor, 2 HLC, and mangler one to see if I like it better than the pure mangler version, as well hopefully at least one game with the starvipers. As to buying pre-tournament I'm not to worried about it I do have the intentions of buying 2 more tie advanced anyways, so no big deal, I just have more trepidition of buying 3 hawks, and 2 most wanted.

May I suggest a tweaked version of your list 4

Palob Godalhi HWK-290
Wired,Twin Laser Turret, Bossk

Torkhil Mux HWK-290
Twin Laser Turret

Syndicate Thug Y-Wing
Twin Laser Turret

Syndicate Thug Y-Wing
Dorsal Turret Unhinged Astromech

I've been playing with the Dorsal Turret and it seems passable, it isn't quite as dependable as the TLT but it does 'real' damage and crit, and the Unhinged mostly means you can keep things in range
