His complete and utter lack of bias, moral purity, and burning hatred for anything that self-describes as a feminist. prepare for the term "SJW" and "it's X year" to be used in his explanation.

I know, it's ridiculous. I'm pretty solidly NDP but I'm quite annoyed with the way they are trying to milk this.
There's plenty of actual policy to hit Trudeau on, without resorting to this kind of mock outrage.

I mean I like Trudeau, I've been a huge fan of him since he explained quantum mechanics during an interview, but regardless of someones political views, nudging someone by accident isn't something you can blame someone for.
I dont get why accidentally bumping the NDP representative is being made into the big issue dejour (it was rude, not saying is was not, just that its being over blown a bit) when the prime minister *intentionally and forcibly* removed the CPC representative from the floor.
That and the PM telling people to get the feth out of his way during session when he already has a reputation for similar activities (calling other MP's pieces of *poop* ect) should garner him the same level of disgust we saw directed towards rob ford.

Honestly, I think it's just the opposition trying to stall out a majority government. Accuse Trudeau of hitting a woman, knowing that, as a feminist, he will have to play defense. If they tried to hit him on actual issues, he could just say "Get stuffed, I have a majority".
Anyway, props to Elizabeth May for actually being an adult right now.

Welcome to Canada, where Progressive Lieberals can do no wrong - ever, and every time a Conservative so much as farts, it's because they're evil, planet-hating, big oil loving scum.
While they're not as bad yet as the Ontario Fibs, it'll be highly amusing to watch as the Feds follow their same path to economic ruin.
Trudeau's already broken at least 4 or 5 major campaign promises... The biggest of which being that his first budget has gone from a promised cap of $10 billion deficit to nearly $30 billion!

I hope you realise that entire event was completely scripted... The media was actually pretty furious about how they'd effectively been set-up and used in such an obvious fashion.
Trudurp honestly knows about as much about quantum mechanics as a high schooler does.
You know i'm starting to get why they say canadians apologize for everything even when the other person is at fault.
Given how things are there it sounds like people would be offended by the slightest thing so that's why they apologize. Perhaps it's different than that at least sometimes but that would explain current situations.
You know it's funny what counts as 'news' these days. Back in the day somebody being killed was counted as news. Today it's a prime minister bumping into somebody. It must be a slow news day in canada, canada is way too politically correct that a nudge is considered aggression or nothing that big ever happens in canada (or at least anymore).

Every time I try to read one of your posts, I'm reminded of this classic:

All americans have been talking about for the last 2 weeks is about who can poop where. You really want to get on the subject of silly political issues making the news?

To be fair, a big news item and multi-party investigation is being made of an event that happens thousands of times, every day, on public transit. It's making our government pretty pathetic.

It's "Baby-Eyes" Trudeau and Ruth Ellen "Vegas" we are talking about. It's the perfect tabloid shipping. Their hypothetical babies would form a new breed of political profiteers herethefor unseen.

Surely more should be made from the fact some childish people deliberately tried to block another MP from making his way across the floor and had to be helped by someone else pushing their way in. So what if someone got elbowed? They were having a laugh until then.

I kind of feel like watching that video again would be wasting my life for the 30 seconds or so that happens during it. Seriously it's such a low level confrontation that bickering about it on the news is insane.
Here's my take. Guy doesn't realize he's blocking someone's way, trudeau helps guy get through an otherwise mild annoyance and guy gets through but trudeau bumps somebody. This is your 'news'. Absolutely pitiful. What next the right to ban abbreviations in scrabble (i hate abbreviations in scrabble btw).
@feeder: It's true though what i said. I guess you're trying to say i'm a boring old person? I'm young but i feel like i'm getting old.
The world is so much weirder now. Some stuff i don't mind but PC and critics used to be seen with disgust and now people like that.

Yeah, we all cry for the world where critical thought and politeness made people react with disgust.
Na more like where we're offended at the slightest provocation regardless of intent rather than thinking "That's not really a big deal. I don't even care anymore."
An issue is somebody dying, being discriminated to where they can't work to feed their families or where their life is threatened, power shortage issues, hunger issues and anything that effects your life in a big meaningful way that prevents you from seriously living. A picture with a white girl arm on a shorter black girl's head esp. when the reverse was done in an earlier pic does not equal an issue. The first world is a bunch of prancing sissies these days. We have no idea what true struggle is.

People are gak talking Trudeau, by he was better then the Fuhrer Harper and lolNDP.
All this debacle was to stall the assisted dying bill that the conservatives know is going to pass and the ndp would be making if they were In power.
And conservative supporters can't really complIn about the majority party making a mockery of parliament and the opposition.

Biggest non-issue of the year so far. I'm no fan of the boy king, but this has been blown so out of proportion by the ndp it's become a living meme. Everyone I've talked to had the first thought I did, when is brosseau going to take up a career in soccer.

This is precisely why I can't consider soccer a real sport. At least in our football, people don't fake getting hurt
