I am a little confused about equipping crisis suits. Can I take any 3 range/support items I want? For example...2 cyclic ion blasters and a multi tracker? Also are crisis suits relentless?

what can you equip crisis suits with? P. 75 of the Tau Codex. A note about multitrackers, P.125
and the rulebook.
are crisis suits relentless? P. 66 of the rulebook.

I have the codex - is two of the same weapon okay? I am assuming it is because it doesn't say I can't - I'll just pay the single price twice. Is that Correct?

Yes you can have 2 of the same weapon, but you have to pay the points cost for each weapon individually. You may purchase a "twin linked" weapon at the second cost listed on the armoury page.

It helps you understand what can and can't be done if the codex isn't clear enough by giving you red error messages.
Also download the PDF that, sorry for butchering the name, Arbelotan? puts out in this forum. It offers a quick reference guide to the BRB.
CSuits are jet pack infantry - jetpack infantry are relentless
CSuits have multitrackers built in to the base cost.
They have 3 slots for wargear.
Each weapon takes a slot
Each wargear item takes a slot
Twinlinked weapons take 2 slots.
