1000 points chaos list (998)

I posted a few days ago but after a bit of reading up I wanted to go a bit more Nurgle.
I've already bought Typhus and the 30 plague zombies (Zombie regiment/Cadian kit bash incoming!)
But the rest hasn't been bought and is open to any changes.

am I better equipping the Havocs all with autocannons or heavy bolters for a bit more anti infantry, if I have my Melta bikes for anti tank?
Would it be worth shaving some points and a Bike squad for a Heldrake?

I haven't played yet, and I'm going to playing at beginer days once I have this up and running
What do you recommend?

Typhus is in terminator armor so he has to walk the field. I would not recommend that. That is 25% of your force tird up in him.
At this point level I would not play him but then you lose your zombies.

A) Lose your havocs the rhino and some bikes and put him and the plague marines in a landraider.
B) Lose the havocs and get some terminators. Then you attach Typhus and deep strike him in. The issue with that is you could potentially not see him and the termies until turn 4.

You dont list it but I would think about VotLW and MoN on your bikers as well as equippinb each champion with a PF or Power Maul or Lightning Claw. I would rather have 1 pimped out bike squad at 1000 points than two that are basic bikers with 2 melta guns.

Personally, I would change the zombies to one squad of 20, and then 1 of 10 (which goes in reserves). This gives you more obj-sec units, while still making it hard to whittle down the zombies ( you will be surprised at how long 10 of them in cover can last).

Five termies might be too many, but it is probably worth a shot. At 1000, you have a nice array of threats and some fun units.

I would look online or your local store and see if you can trade your Deathwing for chaos termies or look on ebay to get some chaos termie arms. Again pay the price for VotLW and MoN on the termies. As you will deep strike I would like 1 with heavy flamer and 2-4 with combi-melta, As for weapons, 1 power maul, 1 2 LC, 1 Chainfist, the rest with power swords. probably with cost, you are going to go to 3 or 4 terminators.

Another thought would be 2 obliterators with MoN.
