First up - runes of the farseer (or runes of cheating, as I like to call them) - If you have two farseers in your list, can both reroll psychic dice once per phase, or is it allowed once per army per phase? It says 'a model equipped with....", so I assume each farseer may use their runes of cheating once per phase.

Secondly, there's a relic (phoenix gem?) that when a HQ dies, he explodes, and if he deals any damage he comes back to life with one wound. If he is in CC when he dies, explodes, and resurrects, is he still in CC when he comes back?

Yes, they'd each be able to reroll any number of dice used in a single Deny the Witch test or Psychic test. What you would not be able to do is have one Farseer affect the reroll of the other Farseer.

If he succeeds, then the model is never removed from play. Therefore if he was locked in close combat, he would remain locked in close combat.

Ok, that's helpful. Thanks.

Not quite. It depends on the remaining geometry of the models involved. If the explosion takes out enough enemy models to have the unit out of Engagement. But subsequent Pile In moves may still allow them to be brought back to being Engaged.

Are you a Wolf, a Sheep, or a Hound?

That's a good point, thanks charis.

One more question - the big daddy farseer (eldrad?) can generate bonus warp charges on 5s and 6s. Do these extra warp charges go into his team's warp charge pool, or are they only usable by him? I assume the former.

So, for example, he could cast the 10" blast spell, probably generate a couple warp charges, and give them to another farseer to cast another 10" blast, right?

Psykers don't have individual pools, only players do. The extra generated by Eldrad can be used by any Psyker in that army.

Note that you'd only get a single roll for each successfully 'cast' power, not one roll for each charge expended on that power.

Just remember that you can only use the runes of cheating for denying witchfires/maledictions.
Q: When attempting to Deny the Witch on a blessing or conjuration, do you select a unit first to make the attempt? If so, how is it selected, and if that unit has a re-roll on Deny the Witch, do you get that as well?
A: You do not select a unit. If none of your units were the target of the enemy’s psychic power (as is the case with blessing and conjuration powers) you can still attempt to Deny the Witch, but with no re-rolls or modifiers to your dice rolls – you will require rolls of 6 to nullify each Warp Charge point.

Say you are running Eldrad + Farseer +10 in a warlock conclave and then 3 guardian defenders and vauls battery each with a warlock. That is potentially 14 spells(1per level) you can cast out of your 21 warp pool.
