Hello! I'm Doorframelizard, 15 years old (16 in august). I'm from poland and I am highly incompetent. I started being into Warhammer a year ago and then took a break from painting and modeling, but now I am back... More incompetent than ever!
I have had Tau, Blood Angels, Space Wolves and Necrons.
The necrons lasted a few minutes.
Story time!
I recently bought some Space wolves. Liked them, but I had this serious hype for Necrons going on. A guy from my city was selling his and coincidentally wanted Space Wolves, so we decided to trade.
After handing each other the models, he left very fast. I didnt even get to see everything fully.
I return home, and oh god. Save for the Overlord and one Wraith, everything looks horrible. Wraiths missing bits, whip coils made out of wire, Warriors very badly painted, weirdly glued.
But thats okay, I can just strip em and they're good as new! What should I use? Youtube tells me Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover. Sounds good, I have the brand in the video, let's go! What could possibly go wrong?
Well... EVERYTHING.
I now own some melted Warriors, broken wraiths and a pretty cool looking overlord. All that for a new, primed Space Wolves start collecting with all bits and manuals included, and I'm broke. What a deal.
So anyways, thats basically me. How's everyone doin?
