The question is can i forge 2 battle demi companies IF i split my tactical, assault and devastator squads by 5? Atm I have 3 tactical squads each of 10 men. I wonder can I split all units I have into combat squads and get 2 battlw demi for the bonus or everything must be strictlic 10 men squads?

There's nothing saying your squads have to be 10 men. 5-man units is fine

No. Combat squadding occurs after list building, immediately before determining your Warlord Traits.

I'm not sure that was the question. The OP's mention of combat squadding is a bit misleading I think. (Could be wrong) but I believe he was asking whether or not units in a DBC had to be 10-man or not (they don't).

I don't know the rules for a battle demi company BUT I know you cannot combat squad before list building. The combat squads take place after. But if the demi company doesn't require 10 men squads you could just run 5 man squads in each.

I think there is a little confusion here. The minimum squad size for SM Tacticals, Devastators, and Assault Marines is 5 models each. In order to take a Battle Demi Company, you also have to have either a Captain or a Chaplain (or the various named versions). If you want the free transports, you must have two Battle Demi Companies, one with a Captain, one with a Chaplain.

Thanks for confirming. Making 5 men squads will make my army to be finished so much easier.
Thank you all.

If you have 30 Tacticals, 10 Assault Marines, 10 Devastator Marines with up to 8 Heavy Weapon plus Captain and Chaplain (or one of them twice), you can build two Battle Demi-Companies. Just make sure that you make it obvious who is the Sergeant in each of the Squads.

As a side note, you still have to take one of the pertinent auxiliary choices as well in order for it to be legal and get the free transports. Almost forgot to mention that.

So If I add, let's say Armored Task Force I end up with actually having Gladius Strike force, right?

Yes. "Company Support" (the rule giving the free transports) is actually a Gladius rule, so simply having two demi-companies is not enough.
