Which models from other factions are the "equivalent" to the Imperial Knight? Is it like the Wraithknight, Gorkanaut, Khorne Lord of Skulls? What more equivalent models are there?

KV 128 Stormsurge for the Tau.

Gorkanaut is hardly equilavent. Much too wimpy for that both in survivability and firepower.

Stompa SHOULD be knights equilavent but GW decided to put it somewhere between where stompa should be and gargants.

Closest equivalents are:

Chaos - Chaos Knight/Renegade Knight (obviously), Kytan Daemon Engine, Lord Of Skulls

Tyranid - Hierodule Bio-titan (the little one)

Eldar - Wraithknight

Tau - KV128 Stormsurge

Ork - hmm...... Gorkanauts are too small and stompas too big. But one or the other; take your pick. Certainly the Gorkanaut's closer in size.

Necron - No real equivalent.

Dark Eldar - No real equivalent.

Imperial Guard - No real equivalent

Space Marines - Leviathan Dreadnoughts (ish)

If you'd allow superheavy tanks, I guess the Baneblade variants and tesseract vault are relevant for the Guard and Necrons, and there are plenty of other similar units.

Termagants expended for the Hive Mind: ~2835

Leviathan Dreadnoughts don't even come past a Knight's waist. Space Marines have no equivalent whatsoever to an Imperial Knight.

I've never seen a Dreadnight but how big would that be compared to one?

Closer, they come to just below an Imperial Knight's chin. Still not remotely in the same category. Dreadknights are roughly the size of a Riptide. And even then, they are Grey Knights only.
