Hello so I am starting up 30k. I am a 40k veteran and this is the list I have come up with. C&C is welcome. Thx.

Archmagos prime- abeyant, cortex controller, lachrillimus, machinator array, rad grenades

Adsecularis covenant x15- carapace armor, right of pure thoughts

Castellax x3- flamer, ETA

Castellax x2- flamer, ETA

Thallax cohort x2- destructor, heavy chain blade

Thallax cohort x2- destructor, heavy chain blade

Myrmidon destructors x3- graviton imploders

Thanatar- ETA

Thanatar calix- ETA, paragon of metal

I would include more thrall blobs.
I've had a lot of fun with them, but the lachrimallus ability only works on a 5+ which is less predictable than you might like.

I would cram more Thralls in there. An Archmagos Lacrimallus is better with more blobs of 20 Adsecularii. If you wana lots of automata, I would recommend a Cybernetica-list with an Archmagos Dominus as warlord.

I feel you're very light on anti-tank. I'm assuming your Thallax units are three models each, so I might free up some points to swap one chainblade in each to a special weapon like a plasma fusil (death to infantry and light/medium tanks in the rear)) or multi-melta (death to tanks, even if they have ceramite, as Tank Hunters with S8 AP1 will still hurt most tanks on the rear or side armor). I learned long ago not to rely on battle-automata to do the tank killing job in close combat.

I'm guessing when you say

What you're basically saying is a 5-man squad (seeing as, base, they're 3-man).

Now, while those Thallax are Tank Hunters, for the points you've blown on it, with a lack of plasma fusils, they're going to be sub-optimal.
You've got a fair-doo of anti-infantry, but you're selection seems rather role-binary (but I'm seeing those Thallax trying to be multi-purpose)

However, I'm thinking, given what you'll be likely against at 2k, you need to swap one of those Thallax units for a mighty Arlatax.
Best sodding robot available, imo.
(Precursor Domitar, jump pack, can get an Armourbane Rampage whip)
Just an absolute fudge-tonne of fairly high strength dakka, brutal CC, and dandy mobility. It's the jack-of-all-trades to rule them all.
Damn worth spending an hour to piece together the rules for it.
