Yeah, it's the second to last sentence - beginning of the last paragraph - under the 'A Compendium of Special Rules' bit in the Special Rules section:

"Unless specifically stated, a model cannot gain the benefit of a special rule more than once."

From the second paragraph of the Special Rules section:

"Whenever a creature or weapon has an ability that breaks or bends one of the main game rules, it is represented by a special rule."

I'd say that Warlord Traits fit that.
