Is it legal to take an Ork warboss wearing mega armor with a power claw and twin linked shoota that also is equipped with da luck stick, da supa cybork, -and big bosspole?

No, because the 'Gifts of Gork and Mork' list says, "A model can take one of the following:"

EDIT:

And Waaagh! Gazghkull states, "...can select an item from Orkimedes Kustom Gubbinz, presented opposite, in addition to the Gifts of Gork and Mork from Codex: Orks."

So one from each list, but no more.

A Warboss (or a Big Mek) can only ever take one Gift of Gork and Mork. If the Warboss (or Big Mek) is in a detachment from the Waaagh! Ghazghkull supplement they may take one Gift of Gork and Mork and one Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbin. To complicate things further: if you're using a detachment from the old W!G supplement (as allowed by GW draft FAQs) then the Warboss or Big Mek can't take any Gifts of Gork and Mork but can take any number of Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbinz instead.

I don't remember what the big pole did but IMO a full blown FNP and eternal warrior is almost a heavenly gift for orks.

Yeah, but super cybork is an obscene 50 points. For that, you can get a painboy to give an entire squad FNP.

As for eternal warrior.......eh. Warbossess are generally difficult to instant kill, except against things like dreadknights, in which case the EW isn't going to help a whole bunch.

Maybe if the supa cybork's relentless replaced the S&P from mega armor it would be worth it, or if it gave an invlun save, but currently it's an overpriced and underpowered upgrade.

Big bosspole isn't bad, actually. pretty cheap and true fearless, which is desperately needed.

But mega armor + da lucky stick is extremely good - so much so that it's basically omnipresent. I personally don't like using it, as I feel that 2+ rerollable saves aren't fun to play with or against. DLS also gives your squad +1 WS, which is also extremely good.

If you want the best of the 3, it's DLS by a mile. big bosspole is decent. supa cybork is ok in function, but overpriced by about 35 points. Just get a painboy instead for the same price.

IMO the stick is more fun with the bike. You still have a lot of survivability (4/3 re-rollable) and become T6 thus being able to survive accidental railguns to the face.

I have a related question, do you suppose it is legal for an unbound warboss (or big mek) to take items from the orkimedes list?

'Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbinz' states only units from a Detachment or Formation presented in Waaagh! Gazghkull that can select Gifts of Gork and Mork can select from the Orkimedes' Kustom Gubbinz list, so negative.

Well you can use formations in unbound armies, so I suppose you could if the warboss or big mek was from a gazghkull formation. I'm not that bothered though as Orkimedes stuff isn't as good as the gork and mork stuff.

While the new Ork faq hasn't come out yet I'm pretty certain the rule is going to state a model can only ever have one relic when it does.

There's already a general FAQ that limits models to a single relic without an explicit exception.

A warboss with a 2+ 5+FNP eternal warrior is a mega badass or give him a painboy and take the fearless pole.
