Is it just me or are all LotR and Hobbit models 'temporarily out of stock' on the UK GW site? A relaunch of the site on the way perhaps?

It's just you, a quick look shows that only a few things are out of stock.

I just had another look and everything was back to normal - it definitely listed everything as out of stock a couple of hours ago, I swear!

Things do seem to be going in and out of stock of a number of LOTR/Hobbit items lately. I'm hoping its just that the response to their plans to continue support of the Middle Earth franchise exceeds their expectations.
