Has anyone actually tried or seen this kind of army: Eldar Windriders, Shining Spears, Farseer & Autarch Skyrunners, Dark Eldar Reavers and a Harlequin Skyweavers?

I am trying to think of a list that is balanced, if not competitive, and uses only Eldar Jetbikes and the minimum non-jetbike units to make the list battle-forged. I want to know what tactics would be good.
Obviously you'd need an Eldar CAD, Dark Eldar Allie detachment, and Faolchu's blade formation. Meaning the bare minimum non-bike will be a DE HQ (take your pick) 1 unit of Kabalites and a Voidweaver. Lets bring 2 Venoms to hold the infantry, so that everything is mobile
Another obvious choice is the Windriders. Bring plenty, 4-5 units or 3-5 bikes. I'd mix shuricannons and scatters, but I know most will say all scatters.

So the big question is where the HQs go. I'd want the Autarch (Laser lance & Banshee Mask) to go with the DE Reavers. They benefit each other so well as the Autarch NEEDS Hit & Run and the Reavers no likey Overwatch. But where would the Farseer fit best?
The Shining Spears (with Exarch of course) are best supporting unit for the others, whether for CC or vehicle hunting.

The Skyweavers are difficult to place for me. They come with a Shuricannon, so by default I want them to shoot, but with so many Windriders already, I'll want to upgrade to Haywire blasters. BUUUUTT, I also want those sweet, sweet Zephyr glaives. Really no idea what to do with these guys.

So, dont have much experience with the newer shining spears, but a buddy of mine has used the harlee bikes a lot. Via his experience, zephyr glaives is the way to go. Getting them stuck in it with those NASTY cc weapons is key, but keep them to flanks and the backfield. For the farseer, if you still use one, I would put him with a scat unit. Gives him some buffer for wounds, and allows him to stay safe on the sidelines.

One thing I didn't remember until now is that the Harlie bikes re-roll Jink saves in the formation. So if I can get Shrouded on the Farseer and keep him near the Harlies, they will have a 2+ re-rollable jink.

I may try to sqeeze in 2 Farseers to make sure this happens because it would benefit the Reavers as well.

Don't forget Corsair bikers! Their shoot n scoot ability seems pretty dope, and they get ObSec. Plus, unlike DE, their HQs can actually take Bikes to keep up.

If you have a Skyrunner Seer Council, a Prince with a bike and a Shadowfield can benefit from Runes of Fate for a rerollable 2++ save to shield the psykers with.

Holy crap trying to keep up with you on the table would be an absolute nighmare.

I would definitely reach for the DE SC box if I was going for Reavers. Why pass up on free preferred enemy?

Because according to the draft FAQ, the Archon cannot give out PE while embarked on a transport.

Although, I agree the Start Collecting formation does offer a better option that an Allied detachment, if only because the Warriors can be upgraded to Trueborn for more fire-power
