So I am thinking about adding a Biker Command Squad (everyone has a Grav-gun) to my White Scars army, but I do not want each one to have the same pose. Is there anyway to get around having each guy holding his Grav-gun the same way. Is there a way to "spice up" the way they are riding their bike?

Only thing I can possbily think of is using the gravguns from standard Tac Marine sprues. Maybe dry-fitting to the max, you might be able to find a position or two that can fit on the bikes. One position i know works for sure is having the gun over the models right steering wheel(thingy) while the models laft hand is holding onto the other side of the steering wheel thing.

Apart from that, I think green stuff is the next best thing. Or sculpting.

For my command squad, I took the combi weapon bit from the tac squad kit and carved the attachment point a but so it fit in place of one of the bikes boltguns, the other one is still there so i can claim WYSIWYG and it helps with the monotony of single poses since one or two guys have are holding the guns with differently posed arms from other kits

There is some variation with one hand on the wheel. Pointing the gun forward, off to the side, up in the air. With some conversion work, you could have them holding it at rest, stock on hip. Or have the gun mag-locked to the side of the bike, leaving both hands free.

You could introduce more variance with the position of the bikes. Don’t have them all rolling straight forward on the bases. Skid, turn, pop a wheelie.

Yeah, I'd go with mounting it up front with the bike weapons, or slinging it on the side. For the latter option, if you attach it with a magnet, it's easy to remove when you lose that option in the next codex revision...

That seems like the most logical route to take.

I kitbash with sternguard, vanguard vets and other kits to get different poses. All the right arms are magnetized.
