The 'Dog Soldiers' that the Tau use as Auxiliaries.
All the Lexicanum or WH40k Wiki say is:
-They're reptilian with broad shoulders and narrow waists
-They're mercenaries
-They hate the Imperium with a righteous zeal because the Imperium Exterminatus'd'/Virus bombed the Gak out of them
-They were attacked my Hive Fleet Moloch
-They usually work with the Tau.
-They live on desert worlds
Is there anything else we know about them? Is this it?

They look great, I have never seen them in real live and they are now oop that is what I know about them.

[edit] They should have some fluff in older publications (codexes ) and white dwarfs when they where released. It might be worth to check out their release dates and do some internet searches for old wd's

Well, from what I gathered they were almost wiped out, but 10,000 years is a long time, I would say that there are a lot more of them (However small that amount may be)
