Do I get free dedicated transports for my demi companies from the battle company bonus in the dark angels lions blade detatchment if I have 3 demi battle companies? What about 4?

A single Lion's Blade Force can't have more than 2 Battle Demi-companies if I remember (I know the Gladius actually has this restriction but I don't have the codex handy atm) but nothing's stopping you from taking a second Lion's Blade detachment. However that second detachment would require you to take 2 demi-companies again for the relevant bonus.
Again, don't have my book with me atm so I'm iffy on this, but 75% sure i'm right.

If I can just take a second Lions Blade detachment then I will do that I think. Im making a SM swarm army at 2k. Its fine if 1 demi BatCo doesnt have transports. Thank you!

If the detachment includes two Demi companies you get the bonus. If you have three you don't have two.

Key word is "includes". As long as you have 2 battle Demi companies, with one of each HQ, all Demi company thereafters transports are free

Unfortunately 'includes' is not the key word. The key words for it to be as you say would be 'at least'. As written, Nos is correct.

If you take a lions blade with two and another lions blade with two that should be fine, as they are separate detachments.

Yes, that works. Two lions blade that each contain exactly two would gain the benefit.

Thank you everyone. I just went with 2 separate lion's blade detachments, one benefitting form the free transports and one not with only 1 Core demi-battle company. I don't know how strong the army is, but I feel like 8 free transports is good (3 drop pods, 3 razor backs, and 2 Rhinos for the dev squads). I will make transfer the list to the Lists forum soon.
