I guess having the Spartan Assault Tank makes sense for extra fire support, but I feel that you've be better off replacing the Spartan Assault Tank with a third Land Raider Redeemer and turning that into a Land Raider Spearhead.
Also, I'm not familiar with the FW Dreadnoughts you've included (so they may be worth the points). but 400 points is a lot of points for two Dreadnoughts which by the looks of it are effectively your "long" range support. You'd be better of taking those 400 points plus the 45 you'd save by getting rid of the SAT in favour of a LRSH and investing it in some better long range heavy support (a Predator Squadron fully kitted with Lascannons, for example).

the dreads have double keres autocannons with a helical tageting array, so 12 S6 AP4 dakka from each dread and an option to use skyfire if they remain stationary.
The spartan has the equivalent of 4 TL lascannons and lets me take the 19 crusaders plus helbright, plus helbright gives them all furious charge.
I would get rid of the individual point values for each thing. sub-Forum rules.
