OK so I am going to an event in about 2 months which has a really cool format. Day 1 is 3 games at 1250 and say 2 is 2 games at 1850.

You whole list form day 1 must be in your day 2 army. No LOW day 1. You can add models etc to units from day 1 but can not remove them or wargear. Also a unit cannot be taken for instance in a CAD day 1 and then put in a formation day 2. So a libo day 1 cant become part of a lib conclave day 2. Day 1 is on 4x4 boards as well. These lists must be ITC legal! 1245 Minimum day 1 list.

Your lists look good too. I assume you're taking the Hawks for horde control? (Instead of a third spider unit). Not a bad idea actually. I like the WS detachment too. Nice work

I like the hawks for a few reasons. The ignores cover template can be useful (scouts etc) but its low priority. Its their ability to remove tanks with haywire/additional anti air with their leap. I also find they are great late game objective holders wince you can jump back in to reserves and try and steal something at the end of the game.

Keep in mind that the new FAQ (which I suppose isn't official yet) states that you'll only get 1 attack with haywire grenades for the entire unit. It's dumb.
