Just checking here, it says "...all Salamander Models..." etc. get the +1 Strength to Flamers.
This wouldn't include vehicles right? But it would include Dreadnoughts? So Razorbacks/Landspeeders with Heavy Flamers wouldn't get this bonus for example?

Chapter Tactics determines "models from this Chapter", or something like that.

That is actually incorrect, in the angels of death book it states that if all models with chapter tactics in the detachment are salamanders, than all models in the detachment count as salamanders, so would gain the benefits.
So all vehicles would gain the special rules.

No, it doesn't. It says the following:
Any Detachment with the Space Marines Faction can be a Salamanders Detachment if all units in the Detachment with the Chapter Tactics special rule are drawn from the Salamanders.

Wrong. Angels of Death does not define what is or is not a Salamanders model; it only grants rules based on whether a model is a Salamanders model. What does constitute a Salamanders model is the Chapter Tactics rule in C: SM.
Codex Adeptus Astartes: Space Marines, p189
All models drawn from a given Chapter benefit from that Chapter's Chapter Tactics rules, as described below. The rules will often refer to a model, character or unit by its Chapter; in all cases, this refers to a model, character or unit with the Chapter Tactics special rule that is drawn from the given Chapter.
Vehicles do not have the Chapter Tactics rule, and thus are not Salamanders models.

My reading of the rules emphasizes the last part of the rules for the detachments in angels of death.
Any detachment with the space marines faction can be a salamanders detachment if all units in the detachment with the chapter tactics special rule are drawn from the salamanders. A salamander detachment retains the space marine faction and is treated in all ways as a space marine detachment. Salamanders detachment may also use the following rules:
Flamecraft
Master Artisans
So all models in the detachment would gain those special rules. Does not seem to make sense that they would gain those benefits, but not the command benefits of the flameblade detachment, but I do see the ambiguity now that you mention it.
IIRC the GW faq actually addresses this, giving the example of iron hands and all vehicles in their detachment gaining it will not die.

Then you have to read the actual rule as to who can use those rules. Flamecraft applies to 'Salamanders models' and Master Artisans applies to 'Salamanders characters'. Neither rule can be used by a vehicle without Chapter Tactics in a Salamanders detachment because the vehicle is neither a 'Salamanders model' or a 'Salamanders character'.

The detachment has those rules
Only Salamandaer models can use the rules
Only models with chapter tactics (salamanders) are salamander models.

And the Marine FAQ also specifies that only Iron Hands get buffs for their vehicles, as they have a special attachment to their vehicles. You should actually read the whole thing.
Codex Space Marines defines that a model from the chapter is a model with the Chapter Tactics of that chapter. Nothing from Angel of Death overturns this.
