Subject: Trazyn uses his 'Surrogate Hosts' rule on an Overlord on a Barge, What Happens?

Simple Question, When Trazyn the Infinite 'Dies' he has a special rule where, on a 2+, he may 'Take over' a Non-Named Necron Character (I.E Overlords,Lords and Crypteks)
Now, a Catacomb Command Barge is a chariot, and it consists of the barge itself, and a Necron Overlord as the Rider.
If Trazyn takes over the Overlord Riding the Barge the Overlord is Removed from play (However NOT as a casualty)
The Chariot rules state that is either the Rider OR the Chariot is Removed from play, the Other is removed as well (If the Chariot dies so does the rider, if the rider dies so does the chariot)
So would Trazyn Using his Surrogate hosts Special Rule Cause both Him, as well as The Barge+Rider to be Removed from play; or would he just 'Replace' the Overlord Riding the Chariot (So Trazyn is the Rider)

Surrogate Hosts states "Infantry character". A Catacomb Command Barge isn't Infantry.

The Overlord Riding it is....
(As chariots ALWAYS have Stats for the Chariot and Rider)

No. Look at the datasheet for the Catacomb Command Barge and note the unit type. Then look at the rules for Chariots.

As above. A OL cannot purchase a CCB. It is its own unit. The CCB is not infantry.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

As above. There is no "Infantry (Character)" notation on the datasheet. You cannot look elsewhere.

You could look elsewhere if we were told to, but we aren't. This isn't the 5th Edition codex, after all.

Are you a Wolf, a Sheep, or a Hound?
