Those are all hard counters, but it seems there's a theme of "large knight equivalents with big guns."

Maybe I should drop the Charnel Cohort and bring a CAD with a Knight? Or maybe a Gorepack with meltagun bikes?

I mean, they're gonna get a turn of shooting in anyways before I can charge. Moving it up sooner denies me my run/spread to help with blasts though.

You should definitely do this. 1 unit of 15 Flesh Hounds and 2-3 units of 3 bikes each with 2 Meltaguns and a Champion with Meltabombs would add a lot of versatility and mobility to this army.

Khorne Daemonkin are pretty weak to armor and superheavies in general so that's your best bet outside of a Dthirster or allies.
