I wanted to build a decent list without D weapons, which could actually do some serious damage. How does this look? Pale Courts Battlehost 1,115pts Auxiliary 270pts Overkill Command Units

Seems like an odd points limit to be working towards. And whats the plan? If we know how the army is going to be used then it makes it easier to analyse and advise.
However, I can have a bit of a go with what you have provided. The three HQ units seem like an absolute points sink and for absolutely no reason. I really don't think they offer the list anything at all. For less points than what you have spent in that section you could instead have a seer council which would offer you a lot more. In fact 375 gets you a min sized seer council, and then that leaves yo enough points to also add eldrad, or instead take an avatar to make those guardian squads fearless.
That in turn allows you to remove the warlock squad from the battlehost. Personally I would then reduce the vypers down to 2 squads of 2, and remove both ranger squads. With the point saved you can purchase yourself a squad of three fire prisms as an aux choice. They can also act as some decent AT, meaning I would the swap the war walkers to dual scat lasers. That means three of them are kicking out 24 S6 shots. And with the amount of seer support you have there is no reason why they cant be twin linked.

If you really want to waste that many points on command choices I'd replace Asurmen with Illic. He at least buffs a Ranger squad.

Replace the overkill command units with some aspect warriors. I'm thinking warp spiders and swooping hawks. You need more infantry shredding at range.

I followed your advice, and this looks more competitive.
