Okay people, as I am up for facing my clubs residential 'That Guy' I just know I am going to need this answered:

Can you assault a unit that is holed up inside a building and if so how? I am bringing a Macro Cannon and as such I need to know this.

BRB pg 110 right column. "Attacking Buildings:" Bolded text:

"Treat a building as a vehicle unless specifically stated otherwise."

You can't assault the occupants of a transport.

You can however assault the unit on the roof (aka Battlement). BRB pg 112 right column. "Battlements:"

"Battlements are treated as a separate piece of terrain from the building that they are on top of."

Good luck!

Flamers are good against stuff in buildings d6 hits per flamer over a fire point but as said the only other way is to total the building itself. Just remember its auto hit in close combat.

If this is the same guy I'm thinking of feel free to send him into low orbit

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

I have found a surefire way to deal with TFG is by bring my right foot into contact with the area in which his left and right inner thighs meet. The end of the foot is most effective, but accuracy is a secondary concern. Velocity is the determining factor.
