Hello! I had a quick question to see if anyone had purchased this: https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-US/MKIC-Deimos-Pattern-Rhino

I purchased quite a few of the new heresy imperial fist mkIV models from forgeworld and I was wanting to put them in rhino's and razerbacks, But I was worried the new rhino's would look out of place with old armor marines. I have old rogue trader rhino's that are that design but they're so small. i was wondering if anyone had bought this and what its size comparison is to normal rhino's. And what do you do to make it a razor back?

It contains a full current plastic rhino kit and is the same size. You can clearly see the two different materials in the unpainted picture on their site.
To make it a Razorback you could just have a group of guys stood out of the back hatch firing the weapons individually, or try and source some of the old Laz/plaz turrets?

It's the same size as a regular rhino, maybe a tiny bit wider. The main body is a regular plastic rhino kit, so to making it a razorback is literally the same as making a regular razorback. You can use either the FW razorback guns, or just the regular plastic one. You might be able to find the turret on eBay separately from buying the kit.

It's not noticably wider... There might be a slight difference in the thickness of the side plates, but it's effectively the same size. See here (second from the right)

But yeah, making it a razorback is the same as for any other rhino. Not sure if Forgeworld still have a las/plas turret, but if not it's not too hard to convert from a twin lascanon turret, or Puppets War have this one:

... although that's slightly converted. I replaced their not-plasma barrels with the barrels from a couple of GW plasma guns, and both weapons have been attached with magnets for 'Weapon Destroyed' removal.
